Acceptable Use Policy

Zero tolerance: minors. Lustryx is strictly an adults-only (18+) marketplace. Any attempt to list, request, imply, or reference anything involving a minor — in any form — is strictly prohibited, will result in immediate account termination, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Every account on Lustryx must complete our age-verification process before accessing or using age-restricted parts of the site — see our Age Verification Policy.

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to everyone using Lustryx — buyers, sellers, and visitors — and forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaching it may result in listing removal, account suspension or termination, and — where the law requires — a report to the relevant authorities.

2. Prohibited items

You may not list, sell, or attempt to buy any of the following on Lustryx:

• Anything illegal to sell, own, or ship in the United Kingdom, or in the buyer's or seller's own jurisdiction;
• Anything involving, depicting, or implying a minor, in any form whatsoever;
• Counterfeit goods, or items that infringe someone else's trade mark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights;
• Stolen goods, or items you don't have the legal right to sell;
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or restricted/offensive weapons of any kind;
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia;
• Items depicting or facilitating non-consensual acts, or content shared without the clear, informed consent of everyone depicted;
• Recalled products, or items that don't meet UK product-safety requirements;
• Hazardous materials that can't be lawfully shipped by standard courier;
• Live animals or animal parts from protected or endangered species;
• Personal data, account credentials, or access to third-party services;
• Anything else that would expose Lustryx, our payment processor, or other users to legal risk.

3. Listing standards

Every listing must accurately describe the actual item being sold, including an honest condition grade — see our Seller Agreement for sellers' obligations in full. Listing photos must be of the actual item (or, where stated, a clearly-marked representative example), and must not contain anyone's personal or identifying information they haven't consented to share.

4. Conduct

When using Lustryx, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse another user;
• Misrepresent your identity or age, or attempt to circumvent our age-verification checks;
• Create multiple accounts to evade a suspension or restriction;
• Attempt to take a transaction off-platform to avoid fees or buyer protections;
• Post spam, or use the platform for anything unrelated to genuine buying/selling activity;
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the security of the site.

5. Reporting a concern

If you see a listing or behaviour you believe breaches this policy, please report it to info@lustryx.com with as much detail as possible. Reports involving potential harm to a minor, or any other urgent safety concern, should also be reported directly to the police (999 in an emergency, 101 otherwise) or the Internet Watch Foundation (iwf.org.uk) — please don't wait for us to act first in a safety emergency.

6. Enforcement

We may remove a listing, warn an account, or suspend or terminate an account, at our discretion, where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. Serious or repeated breaches, and anything involving a minor or illegal content, will result in immediate termination and — where required by law — a report to the relevant authorities and/or law enforcement.

7. Contact
