This Seller Agreement applies to every seller account on Lustryx and forms part of our Terms of Service. Where this Agreement and the Terms of Service conflict on a matter specific to selling, this Agreement takes priority.
To sell on Lustryx you must: be 18 or over and complete our age-verification process (see our Age Verification Policy); register a seller account with accurate details; and complete Stripe Connect onboarding so we can pay you. You can't publish a listing until both age verification and Stripe payout onboarding show as complete on your seller dashboard.
You are solely responsible for every listing you publish, including:
We may remove a listing, or ask you to amend it, at any time — for example if we believe it breaches this Agreement, is inaccurate, or is unlawful.
Once a buyer pays for an order, you're responsible for dispatching the exact item described in the listing, in the condition described, within a reasonable time. If you can't fulfil an order — for example, the item is no longer available — you must tell us and the buyer as soon as possible so a refund can be arranged.
Buyers pay through Stripe at checkout. Lustryx automatically deducts a 15% platform fee from the sale price and pays the remaining balance to your connected Stripe account. Payout timing and any additional processing steps (e.g. delayed payout while a dispute is open) follow Stripe's own payout rules for your account. You're responsible for your own tax obligations on income earned through Lustryx — we don't provide tax advice, and depending on your sales volume, UK tax reporting obligations (including HMRC's rules for online marketplace sellers) may apply to you directly.
You agree to accept returns and provide refunds in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law. Where a buyer raises a dispute (for example, an item not as described), we may, acting reasonably, withhold or reverse a payout while we look into it, and we may make a final decision on a refund where you and the buyer can't agree.
If your age was self-declared rather than confirmed by a supported login provider, you'll be asked to complete a one-off £1 card-verification charge before you can publish listings. This is processed by Stripe, and the full amount is automatically credited towards your account's first order as a buyer (it does not offset seller fees).
We may suspend or terminate your seller account, and/or remove your listings, if we reasonably believe you've breached this Agreement, our Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, or the law — for example, repeated inaccurate condition grading, failure to fulfil orders, or listing prohibited items. Where reasonably possible we'll explain why. Outstanding payouts owed to you for completed, undisputed orders will still be paid out even after account closure, subject to Stripe's own processes.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your own listings and for fulfilling your own orders. Lustryx provides the marketplace and payment infrastructure but does not inspect items before sale and is not a party to the contract of sale between you and the buyer. Our overall liability to you is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
